How can you raise the standard of weak students

Here are some suggestions or ideas which may contribute in remedying
this
problem, or at least they may decrease it. But first of all we should
have real desire to help those students. I think if we have the will to
do something we will do it.
The solutions:
Let's begin with them 2 weeks before the beginning of school year.
Why
don't we open our schools for this category of our students before the
real beginning got 50-60 percent (but it should be an obligation not an
invitation)
I think that parents will encourage their children to go
to school simply because they want to improve their children's
educational standard (level)
The school administration will distribute these students among classes fairly
Students will attend their classes as any usual school day from 8 o'clock to 12o'clockof the year school

these two weeks the teachers of all the main subjects (English – Arabic
–Math –Science) (not only the English teachers) will teach them
according to
A certain plan and according to a certain school timetable
Every teacher will give those under –required level students the main points of the last year syllabus.
For ex:
Ss who are coming from primary stage and will join prep.1 (as for the English teacher).
He will focus on or make sure that:
The can read and write the English alphabet Aa Bb…..(you can stuck the cards of the alphabet on the BB. All the two weeks.
They can read and write the pronouns (He-She-It-They-We)
Numbers (1-10)
The question words (What- Who- Why- Where- How)
The days of the week
I think you will have a big chance to do this because of the small number of the students in each class
Perhaps the results won't be 100 percent, but we can help them to some extent during these two weeks

think this remedy applicable and if it is generalized it will help in
raising the quality of the educational process in our country
Getting them to participate in school activities (actual participation):
The school year has begun .and now every class has 3 levels of students (brilliants-average and weak).Please:
a)
Don't neglect the slow learners when you begin to choose the students
who will participate in making magazines, broadcast, English, Songs,
Team…
b) Don't let them sit down at the back
c) Don't let them sit
down beside each other. Try to involve bright student to work in a
group of in active students to refresh and active them
d) Praise wherever possible
If you observed any development in your students level , do everything you can do to reward him / her
